When your Graphic is received – usually within a couple of minutes but allow one working day – you see a message like this on your phone. Depending on the model of your phone you will see either the word 'Accept', 'Options' or 'Show' above the button to the bottom left of your screen. Press the left button. Note: Don't press anything else or you will loose your graphic.

You will then see a screen as shown. You should then use the arrow keys to decide which option you want. ‘View’ shows the graphic you have received. If you chose to view the graphic you will then have to press the left button again to go back to the previous menu. You should now choose ‘Save’ to save the graphic to your phone’s memory. .
